Operating Model

Our charter is to identify and develop “optimal sites” for the construction and operation of up to 80 Megawatt Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants, which would supply the equivalent electrical needs of approximately 20,000 homes. Our goal is to design and execute a project development program complete with full entitlements, transmission rights, a Power Purchase Agreement with a major utility and a profitable project Pro Forma and then select the right partner in order to complete the build-out of the project. We achieve this by utilizing our own proprietary site selection criteria, methodology and technique and apply it to the early stage “higher-risk” portion of the Project Development Cycle. This enables us to shorten the development time frame, minimize project risks and select superior projects with the greatest chance of success.

 Our process includes:

  • Site Selection
  • Comprehensive due diligence
  • Obtaining Site Control and Rights of Way
  • Transmission Studies and Interconnection Agreements
  • Environmental and Regulatory Approvals and Permits
  • Land Zoning, Entitlements, Permitting and Approvals
  • Technology Evaluation and Engineering
  • Power Purchase Agreement Negotiations
  • Pro Forma Economic Project Modeling
  • Selection of a suitable Partner for Project Construction and O&M

Due to the high standards of quality that we set for our projects, we have never recommended a project which failed a due diligence investigation.
