Over the course of their careers, our team members have participated in the development and execution of energy infrastructure projects across multiple states and regulatory environments. This depth of knowledge allows us to evaluate opportunities from every angle, identify challenges before they become obstacles, and make informed decisions that improve both project certainty and long-term value.

David Saul has extensive expertise in transmission planning, project evaluation, interconnection strategy, and energy infrastructure development. His technical understanding of the factors that drive project success has been instrumental in the advancement of numerous utility-scale developments. David’s ability to combine technical analysis with practical development experience helps ensure projects remain both feasible and financially attractive throughout the development cycle.

Dan Predpall brings decades of experience in environmental assessment, permitting, engineering, and community engagement for many types of large industrial projects from power generating facilities to manufacturing facilities. While an officer of a large engineering consultancy, Dan created the Opti-Site site selection methodology, which has been applied to hundreds of projects nationwide, including a focus on solar projects since 2005. At Southeast Solar & Power, Dan concentrates on siting, environmental impact assessment, permitting strategies, and engineering.

Erin Simsack plays an important role in supporting project development, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, she helps ensure that projects progress efficiently through critical development milestones while maintaining the high standards of professionalism and responsiveness that define Southeast Solar & Power.
